Per Casey's request I am posting the song that he wrote for me on my 28th birthday last year. It is an instant classic, people. No lie. It will get stuck in your head and you'll find yourself humming it later, I promise. Hee hee ;)
Funny funny funny story -- I was playing this song at work (when I was still at the firm) and one of our pompous young associates walked by my office. He stopped and came back in time to hear the chorus.
Associate: *head bobbing to the beat* Hey, yeah, good song. I think I have this album.
Fuzzball: *trying not to laugh* Uh, really?
Associate: Yeah, good album, really good.
Fuzzball: Yeah, this is the first song of his that I've heard.
Associate: You should really check out the whole album. *nodding wisely*
Fuzzball: You know, I'll do that. Thanks for the recommendation.
Associate: Well now I have to go drown in a sea of my own self-importance. See you later. (He didn't say the first sentence, but IT WAS IMPLIED.)
FIN.
my ego is satisfied. (for now)
