Have you seen the annoying ads for that new Lifetime show Angela's Eyes? You know, where that chick says "My name is Angela, and I know when you're lying."
Well friends, my name is Fuzzball, and I know when you're lying.
Obviously I can't tell if you're lying over e-mail or blog entries, but if I was face-to-face with you? Absolutely.
It's a blessing and a curse, to be honest. Sometimes I'd really like to be able to just believe everything and everyone at face value. Unfortunately, when I get that feeling, I know that I'm not getting the real truth, and I can't let it go. I have to know what's really going on.
Yeah, I'm pretty good at telling when someone is lying, maybe not 100%, but close. Although I've know some astoundingly gullible people who can't tell when someone is lying, I think that's the exception. I think more people can tell when they are being lied to than people telling lies realize. I mean, a person has to think that they are believeable when they lie, but I think most of the time (gullible listeners excepted) they aren't getting away with it as much as they think.

I am pretty good at finding a liar as well. Everyone always has a tell.
