What is a Fuzzball?

  • One question I hear more than any other is What's a Fuzzball??" Allow me to explain:

A Fuzzball is a 30-year-old fallen debutante who lives in Houston, TX with a bossy dog and an even bossier parrot who she SWEARS is the reincarnation of Napoleon Bonaparte.

A Fuzzball prefers animals to most people, because people can really suck sometimes.

A Fuzzball loves music, ALL music ALL of the time. If she's not listening to it, then she's singing it.

A Fuzzball has a mad love for all things British, especially their actors.

A Fuzzball is blissfully happy in a bookstore, preferably one with good music playing in the background. If you look under a Fuzzball's bed you'll usually find an entire library of books that she has dropped there after falling asleep reading.

Fuzzballs are usually incurable romantics, ridiculously optimistic, and bent on making the world a happier place.

Your typical Fuzzball will probably have a completely bizarre sense of humor. Just go with it, it will take you to funny places.

You should also be aware that Fuzzballs are giant nerds. Seriously. Science fiction, computers, the whole shebang.

Fuzzballs are also budding photographers. They love looking at the world through a lens and finding new ways to be creative.

Oh...and you can also look for a Fuzzball in one of the best movies ever made. ;)

Muahahaha! Soon, I'll have everyone hooked on BSG!

I didn't know you liked South Park! Trey Parker and Matt Stone really are our Jonathan Swifts. Thank gawd for them.

I've been meaning to check out Studio 60, it looks pretty cool.

Ditto on The Office! It's sublime. The jury is still out on Battlestar Galactica. ;)

I LURV South Park! I've been with them since the very beginning :D

Southpark...oh boy. My Brother turned me on to that show with my very first episode being a Mr. Hanky Poo one. I almost died laughing (you know with my asthma and all, I can't laugh that hard and not feel the burn ;-)

Dick (No, really!)

I realize your Tuesdays are kinda full but have you seen NCIS lately? The goth girl in the lab (Abby) is fantastic and there is a female Mossad agent working with them who gives and takes with the best of them.

And finally we have the new season of Battlestar Galactica. It looks like it was worth waiting for.

I watched an episode of Heroes the other night JUST because I found out Milo Ventimiglia is in it. I loved him in American Dreams and I loved him in Gilmore Girls. I don't know if it's the character and the way it's written, or if Milo is really incapable of playing anything but the loner bad-boy boyfriend, but you're right. I he drives me a little crazy in that show too.

Richard Belzer brings the banter, for sure.

We have almost no shows in common. lol

Here is me:

Monday - Three and a half men, The new adventures of old Christine
Tuesday - SVU
Wednesday - Nada - it all blows unless I catch part of the Biggest Loser.
Thursday - Ugly Betty, Grey's, 6 Degrees
Friday - Wonder Tits aka The Ghost Whisperer
Saturday - Nada
Sunday - Desperate Housewives, Brothers and Sisters

Hmmmm... 45 minute recap of first two seasons? Very enticing... very enticing... maybe I shall check this out this weekend, and you two will have claimed another soul.

But Heroes - yup, hooked on Heroes. I can't wait to see what happens when Ando eventually crosses paths with Niki. There's a sitcom waiting to happen. And now there's even a graphic novel for me to read. Right on.

And da South Park. One of the best shows ever made, even though the first episode I ever saw was the Kathie Lee one. Man, have they come a long way.

The Golden Child

south park comes on wednesdays.

Take away the Law & Orders and you have my DVR sked as well. Nice to see someone else is watching Bones.
