• Don't forget that Mother's Day is on Sunday. I'm usually not one for these "Hallmark Holidays" but how bad can a day devoted to mommies really be? :D  I'm not saying that you have to spend any money, but be sure and let your mama know how much she means to you!

• I hate commercials, hate hate HATE commercials, but how much did I LOVE discovering Joshua Radin's cover of "Only You" through a freakin' JC Penney's commercial??  I will always think of this as The Office love theme. Listen to the song now!

• Some of you know about my proposal for an England trip. A special England trip. With a purpose. Well check it OUT! Totally within my reach, people!

• Speaking of my outrageous Anglophilia, I've recently watched the first two episodes of Showtime's newest show The Tudors. Jonathan Rhys Meyers still creeps me out, but his co-stars are quite delicious. (When the King of France appeared I sat up and hollered BONJOUR!) You can watch the episodes online here. • This past Tuesday I had to travel to Oklahoma City for a meeting. The pilot couldn't land in OKC because of fog, so we went to Tulsa. Tulsa denied our landing (also because of fog) so it was on to...Fayetteville, Arkansas. Yes, I spent my Tuesday morning in Arkansas. *sigh* The whole trip begged the question: what is a pilot to do if he/she is not allowed to land a plane that is running low on fuel? When does an empty tank take precedence over poor weather conditions?

Monday FuzzFluff:

• Strom Thurmond's family owned Al Sharpton's family. First we find out that the infamous bigot had a biracial daughter and now this? WHY did he have to go and die on us?? Wouldn't you have LOVED to hear that press conference?

• Apparently stacking and unstacking cups is now a sport.  I, uh, don't really have anything to say about this, I'm pretty much stumped.

• Rainn Wilson could not be more adorable. Didn't this week's digital short remind you of something that you would have seen on The State?

• Rest assured, Saturn DOES have rings and it looks just like you'd imagine Saturn would look in an episode of MST3000.

• John Cusack is our generation's first horseman of the Apocalypse. (Thanks, Jess!)

• It's the Year of the Pig! So stop eating them. Seriously. Soy bacon just ain't that bad, folks. ;)

• Dan really, really, reeeeeeally loved Ghost Rider.
